Known Issues:
1. In some instances, shortcuts in the registry to infected files deleted may remain after running in advanced disinfection mode.
2. In Microsoft Windows Vista, the installer program may hang if a VPN connection is active. To resolve this problem, we recommend disconnecting the VPN until the program is installed.
3. If SSL traffic monitoring is enabled, problems may occur when using some sites that require client certificate verification. To resolve this problem, we recommend adding encrypted traffic from the necessary applications as an exclusion.
4. When upgrading from Microsoft Windows XP to Microsoft Windows Vista, the program must be uninstalled before upgrading and reinstalled after the upgrade is completed.
5. When upgrading Microsoft Windows Vista from one version to another (i.e. Home Basic to Ultimate), you must run the program restore procedure.
6. Rescue Disks cannot be written to DVDs.
7. In some cases, the Microsoft Windows Security Center does not detect Kaspersky Anti-Virus or incorrectly displays its status.
